Consultation on legislation: the Law Commission

The Law Commission has a remit to review the law and recommend reform when necessary, and it publishes consultation documents and reports which may be issued as Command Papers. Law Commission Reports are available on the Law Commission website.

The Bribery Act 2010 implemented proposals from the Law Commission Report 313 Reforming Bribery published in 2008.
