Finding UK cases

Lexis Library and Westlaw UK have the most comprehensive collections of UK cases, dating from 1558 and1865 respectively. A large number of cases are duplicated on both databases, but each has some unique content, so if you don't find a case on one, try the other.

• British & Irish Legal Information Institute - coverage from 1996, with some earlier cases of significance.
